Overview

Large corporate offices come with challenges with regard to high visitor and employee volumes. AIPL Real Estate , wanted a solution that provided approval based access to specific office zones for both staff and visitors, a reduction in queues for visitors at the registration desk and a seamless visiting experience within their campuses.

Safety of their employees was also a focal concern, along with monitoring regularity and timeliness of staff.

What We Did

Hipla stitched together Visitor Management, Indoor Navigation, Pantry Management, Access Control and Energy Management systems into a singular mobile application that would boost efficiency, rationalise costs and provide intuitive intelligence as per staff and visitor trends.
